The Cape region is defined explicitly as a Mediterranean climate. The three grapes used have stood the test of time in the Rhône and show fantastic results in our South African ocean-influenced microclimate. The blend consists of Mourvèdre (earthy), a splash of Grenache (fruity), and a dash of Shiraz (spicy), resulting in an incredible wine.
